This policy explains how Domina Technologies (Canada) Corporation ("Domina", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in the mobile apps we publish. Where an app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to the app and takes precedence over this one.

This website

This website has no user accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site, under its own privacy policy.

Our apps

Each app's store listing, including its Google Play data safety section, describes what data the app collects and why. We collect only the information an app needs for its features. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate an app, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing apps@dominatechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 unless the app's store listing says otherwise, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security and storage

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Our service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
